Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Ciabatta bread
- 2 slices of tomato
- 3 slices of fontina
- 4 slices of sopressata
- 3 basil leaves
- ¼ tsp. olive oil (EVO)
- ¼ tsp. Aroma
Directions:
Take a slice of Ciabatta and lay 4 slices of sopressata on top. Place sliced tomato, basil leaves and fontina on top of the sopressata. Drizzle ¼ tsp. olive oil and sprinkle ¼ tsp. Aroma. Place other slice of bread on top. Butter and place butter side down on Panini maker. Butter the top slice of bread and close maker. Leave on until golden brown. Remove and……….
