Ingredients:
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Ciao Pittsburgh AROMA seasoning
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Clean the seeds.
2. Boil for 10 minutes in salt water.
3. Drain the seeds in a colander and dry lightly with a paper towel or tea towel.
4. Add EVO and Aroma in a zip lock bag with the seeds. Close bag and rub bag until seeds are coated. (You can also spread seeds onto a baking sheet, drizzle with EVO and then sprinkle Aroma seasoning. Use about 1/2-1 tsp).
5. Roast seeds at 325F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
