Ciao Piccante Seafood Sauce




  • ½ tsp Cappers
  • 1 ½ tsp Ciao Pittsburgh’s Piccante seasoning
  • ½  Lemon
  • 1 tsp finely chopped onion
  • ½ tsp fresh parsley chopped finely
  • ¼ tsp minced garlic
  • 5 tbsp real mayonnaise


Mix all ingredients together for a nice consistent sauce.  For best flavor, I make mine the night before to give the mayonnaise enough time to infuse all of the wonderful flavors of the ingredients. Serve cold.
