Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Ciabatta bread
  • 1/8 tsp. Aroma Piccante
  • 2 slices of tomato cut in half
  • ¼ tsp. olive oil (EVO)
  • 3 basil leaves
  • 1 – 2 tbsp. of ricotta cheese

Directions:

Take the Ciabatta bread and smear 1-2 tbsp. of ricotta on each slice of bread. Sprinkle 1/8 tsp. of Ciao Pittsburgh’s Piccante seasoning. Add tomato, drizzle ¼ tsp. olive oil and top off with 3 basil leaves. Butter both sides of bread. Place in the Panini maker leave on until golden brown.
