- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsps. Ciao Pittsburgh’s Aroma
- ½ tsp. Kosher salt
Preheat oven: 375 degrees
Cut squash in half. Remove seeds. Sprinkle or brush extra virgin olive oil one both halves. Season the squash with salt and Aroma. Place on cookie sheet facing up, coat cookie sheet with oil. Cook for 30-35 mins.
Pull from oven. Once cooled down, scrape the inner squash with fork until you get to the bottom of squash.
Place in bowl and then add more salt and Aroma to taste with shredded cheese of your choice.
