- 8oz mushroom halves in a can
- 1/2 tsp Aroma seasoning
- 1 – oz Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp – Balsamic vinegar
- Drain water out of canned mushroom halves. Add mushrooms to bowl.
- Pour EVO and mix.
- Then add balsamic vinegar and mix.
- Last, add Aroma seasoning and mix again. We like doing this to ensure all the mushrooms are coated with all our ingredients. Great as part of an antipasta dish or you can just eat it with Italian bread toasted.
