- 1 clove garlic – minced
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt (another pinch after you mix all together)
- 2 tsp of Dijon Mustard (heaping)
- ¼ cup vinegar (heaping)
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Aroma
Mix garlic mince with kosher salt in a mortar/pestle until you form a paste. Once you have the paste add mustard mix until mixture is consistent. Wisk in vinegar, a pinch of salt, pepper and olive oil until blended Adjust seasonings as needed until blended. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
