- 1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed well and chop
- 1 cup of graded Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of real mayonnaise
- 1/2 minced garlic
- 1 tsp Aroma seasoning
- 1 tsp of fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Add mixture to a shallow oven safe glass bowl.
- Bake for about 20-25 min. or until bubbly. Sprinkle, Aroma seasoning, tomatoes and parsley on top.
- Serve with unsalted crackers.
