Ciao Aroma Artichoke Dip



  • 1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed well and chop
  • 1 cup of graded Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Aroma seasoning
  • 1 tsp of fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add mixture to a shallow oven safe glass bowl.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 min. or until bubbly. Sprinkle, Aroma seasoning, tomatoes and parsley on top.
  5. Serve with unsalted crackers.
